1. Agreement to the Terms
In this document, “the Site” collectively refers to the following websites:

5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Unless otherwise specified, copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to content on the Site belong to the operator.
- Code under open-source licenses or content embedded from external services shall be handled in accordance with the respective licenses and rights holders’ terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

- In the event of a dispute between the operator and a User arising from or related to the Site, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
11. Language Priority
This Agreement is written in Japanese as the official text. The English version is provided for reference; if any inconsistency arises, the Japanese version prevails.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Changes to the Terms
- The operator may change these Terms as necessary.
- When changing the Terms, the operator will notify Users of the revised content and effective date through announcements on the Site or by other appropriate means.
- If a User continues to use the Site after the Terms have been revised, the User is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
